Jennifer C. Pernfuss
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor. Jennifer was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994 and began her career focused exclusively on relationship issues and the prevention and elimination of workplace discrimination, harassment and conflict. She received extensive training in mediation and negotiation at Pepperdine University School of Law, Institute for Dispute Resolution in California; CDR Associates’ training in “Mediating Employee Relations Disputes” in Boulder, Colorado and has also received training in mediation from the University of Toronto and the University of Windsor.
She shifted her focus several years ago and trained as a Life and Leadership Coach at CTI, the International Leader in the field of coaching She further trained as an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach at the Center for Right Relationships. She was recently certified in the 360 Leadership Circle Profile Assessment Tool.
Jennifer also engaged in a course of self-study on inner and outer relationships based on the works of Thomas Moore, John O'Donohue, Parker Palmer, Clarissa Pinkola Estes and David Whyte, among others.
Jennifer has been retained by organizations and individuals in Canada and the United States as a coach and consultant as well as an external investigator, facilitator, mediator, relationship restorative coach and as a trainer.
She brings her multidisciplinary training, a wealth of experience and her unique understanding of interpersonal dynamics and human nature to her work with unusual creativity and effectiveness.

Scott Tavis
Scott has been a partner with Pursuit Incorporated since 2001. Pursuit is a corporate consulting practice specializing in the following areas of strategic analysis, design and implementation: Business Strategy, Corporate Coaching, Team Performance Enhancement, Change Management, Communication/Interviewing Skills, Operational/Financial Modeling and Career Transition.
Scott’s passion is supporting individuals and teams in creating higher levels of performance. His style is that of a facilitator and coach focusing on change/conflict management, team building and cultural integration.
Prior to aligning with Pursuit Scott owned and operated Tavis Management Consulting for six years and supported many companies in reaching higher levels of performance.

Sara Luther
Sara Luther works with RESPECT to provide workplace investigation services to employers who need to address alleged violations against human rights legislation and internal workplace policies.
Sara is a lawyer and articled with a leading labour and employment boutique law firm in Toronto. She also has a certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the Institute for International Mediation and Conflict Resolution, headquartered in Washington, D.C. Sara obtained her Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
Sara understands that any workplace investigation is a difficult process for both the employer and the employees. The RESPECT investigation model has been refined over 14 years and Sara works with employers to engage in a process that is neutral, legally sound and aimed at resolution.
